We’re so excited that you’re interested in joining Organizing Spaces by Kim as an Assistant Organizer!

This is a part-time, project-based position (2–3 days per week, with a flexible schedule) that’s both fun and rewarding— but also quite hands-on and physical. You’ll need to be available from 9 AM–4 PM on the days we’re on-site with clients.

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about helping our team grow and take OSBK to the next level, not someone seeking to start their own organizing business.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to travel to client locations (Rockwall + Dallas area)

  • Reliable personal transportation

  • Maintain a neat, professional appearance

  • Handle client belongings with care and respect

  • Keep all client information strictly confidential (NDA required)

  • Must pass a background check
