Our maintenance memberships are exclusively available to clients who have completed a Concierge Move with Organizing Spaces by Kim.
Because your home was intentionally set up from the start, this ongoing service is designed to protect that investment—keeping everything functioning, organized, and beautifully maintained long-term.
What This Looks Like
Each visit is fully customized to your home and your needs.
Most clients schedule monthly sessions, though we also offer weekly or quarterly options depending on your lifestyle.
During each visit, our team:
Resets and refreshes your spaces
Maintains and relabels systems
Refines areas that aren’t working as well as they should
Incorporates new products or solutions as needed
Handles light lifestyle tasks like laundry or dry cleaning (as requested)
We also keep an eye on the details—whether that’s noticing when supplies are running low or making small adjustments that keep your home running effortlessly.

2–3 organizers per session, based on your home’s needs
Sessions typically last 6–8 hours
Flexible scheduling with no long-term commitment
We encourage clients to live in their home first, then allow us to refine and maintain it in a way that continues to support their daily life.
